Built healthcare claims data systems for a decade, then saw the financial gap from the data side and decided to build the layer that should have been there all along.
Head of Financial Operations
Spent a decade structuring receivables financing offerings for thousands of clients. She runs Thrivory's underwriting and capital. We know factoring because she did it before us.
Head of Operations & Success
Led implementation and operations across digital health and care delivery. She owns how Thrivory shows up for every customer, from onboarding to renewal.
Head of Growth
A Registered Dietitian who moved into healthcare commercial roles before building Thrivory's go-to-market. She knows the provider side because she sat on it.

A dachshund, and Devon's most trusted teammate. Handles perimeter defense, doorbell escalation, and reminding the team to take a break. Still working on the password.
