Why platforms build on ThriveNow.

EHR and PMS Platforms

Same-day funding as a native platform feature. Providers can't get it elsewhere; switching cost and retention both go up.

RCM Platforms

Move from data layer to financial layer. Turn reimbursement predictions into actual same-day payouts inside the workflow you already own.

Clearinghouses

Every claim transmission becomes a funding event. Extend your value chain from routing to financing.

Health Systems

Predictive cash management on the same engine that powers funding. System-wide visibility into claim value, timing, and risk.

The predictive difference

Healthcare AI often fights denials after they happen. ThriveNow predicts them before they submit.

The standard healthcare AI playbook is reactive. Tools score denials, route appeals, and chase rework after a claim has already been rejected. ThriveNow is built differently. Every claim is evaluated before it reaches the payer, value and timing are predicted with 96%+ accuracy, and risk is surfaced in time to act on it.

Questions from engineering and product.

How long does a typical integration take?

Most platforms ship a production integration in 2 to 4 weeks. The API is RESTful JSON over HTTPS with OAuth2 client credentials. Sandbox access is immediate; you can submit test claims and receive predictions within an hour of signing the BAA.

What data do we need to send per claim?

At minimum: claim ID, patient chart ID, date of service, servicer and billing NPI, payer ID, and submitted amount. Service lines (CPT, units, amount) improve prediction accuracy. The schema maps directly to standard 837 fields your system already has.

How do payouts work for our providers?

Each provider registers a payout account (bank routing + account number) via API. When a claim is adjudicated, funds settle to that account same-day via ACH. You can also batch payouts or route to a platform-level account for redistribution.

Who owns the provider relationship?

You do. Full API embed is white-label: your brand, your UX, your provider communication. Thrivory never contacts your providers directly. The BAA and data agreements are between Thrivory and your platform, not individual providers.

What does the revenue model look like for our platform?

You earn a share of the fee on every funded claim that flows through your integration. The fee is flat and per-claim; no monthly minimums or volume commitments from your side. Revenue scales linearly with claim volume.

Can we start with a subset of capabilities?

Yes. Most platforms start with the review endpoint (predictions only, no funding) to validate accuracy against their data. You can add adjudication (funding) and reconciliation endpoints when ready. There's no all-or-nothing commitment.
