Thrivory Scratch & Win – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The “Thrivory Scratch & Win” Scratch Card Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited-time rewards program designed for new Thrivory clients or clients referred by existing Thrivory partners. Each participating client will receive one scratch-off card, revealing a prize.  

The Promotion begins on March 1, 2025, and ends on December 31, 2025. All prize claims must be submitted by January 15, 2026. 

2. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open only to new clients that have not previously worked with Thrivory.
• Each practice is eligible to receive one (1) scratch-off card from Thrivory or participating Thrivory partner.
• The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4. How to Redeem

• The recipient must scratch off their card to reveal their prize.
• Το claim your prize, send the 10-digit code from the scratch-off area with your name, phone number, email, practice details and contact information to info@thrivory.com.
• All prize claims must be submitted by January 15, 2026. Claims submitted after this date will not be honored.

5. Prize Conditions & Limitations

• No Cash Value: Prizes hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other form of monetary compensation.
• Prize Substitutions: Thrivory reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equal or superior value if necessary.
• Non-Transferability: Prizes are non-transferable and may only be used by the winning office practice.
• Apple Product: Thrivory will determine the specific Apple product provided. No cash equivalent or substitutions are allowed.
• No Maintenance Fees for 1 Year: Applies to standard maintenance fees charged by Thrivory for one year. Does not include transaction fees or third-party costs.
• No Wire Fees for 1 Year: Applies only to standard wire transfer fees associated with Thrivory services. Does not include expedited transfers or third-party banking fees.
• Free Claims Analysis: Limited to one claims analysis per practice, conducted by Thrivory or an authorized partner.

6. General Conditions

• Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to tamper with, duplicate, or fraudulently claim prizes will result in disqualification.
• Modification or Termination: Thrivory reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond our control prevent its successful execution.
• No Affiliation: This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple Inc.
